Pews News: May 2015 Pentecost
Welcome, in the name of Jesus Christ, to this house of prayer.
Church Wardens comments
Rosie is having a well-earned holiday, so we get to write the Pews News intro!
Thank you to everyone who came to the APCM. It did overrun, and we had no time for AOB, but if you had comments you wanted to make, or questions you wanted to ask, please make use of our Ideas board in the Coffee Corner.
If you do not yet have a prayer card or a Simple Guide to Giving leaflet, please help yourself from the hymn book area. Pledge slips are also there – think and pray about what you can give in time and money, and bring your completed slip to the Pentecost service.
Some suggestions for ways you can give your time – join one of our teams – Buildings, Ministry or Pastoral – we all meet 4 or 5 times a year and would all welcome more members. See Bob for Buildings, Jane for Ministry or Mulle for Pastoral.
Or look after the Lodge bookings. Since the redecoration we are hoping to increase bookings, and need someone to co-ordinate them.
