St Andrews Clewer
The Church of St Andrew, Clewer
Welcome to St Andrews Clewer, the oldest building in Windsor.
With community events, a historic building and grounds rich with heritage and fascinating graves, monuments and stories, there is much to see and enjoy at our holy church of Clewer parish. We have regular services celebrating our saviour Jesus Christ and his teachings with a warm and friendly community who are open and welcoming of new and returning visitors alike.
It has been estimated that the church and grounds date back as far as 1100 AD and the site is rich with beautiful murals, monuments and stained glass windows that not only have a great heritage value, but also bring joy to the faithful and historians alike.
The team at Clewer Parish, headed by Reverend Rosie Webb are very active in the community and are always looking for new and interesting ways to bring joy and happiness to the local community of Windsor.
St Andrews Clewer parish also has the wonderful St Agnes Church just a few miles away where room bookings, events, quiz nights and other community activities take place on a regular basis.
Whether you wish to share the joy of Jesus at one of our regular services, you're a history buff who wants to explore the many interesting artefacts of the land or you're looking to book a room at St Agnes, you'll find the whole team always ready to help.
