The PCC would like to invite members of the church family to join one of the teams to help us live in Christ in our community. ‘Though we are many, we are one body’.

Please pray about this and talk to PCC members as to which Team you would like to be part of.

In’SPIRE’d

You may be aware that the Spire roof needs recladding? This is going to cost us in the region of 80k. Now is the time to start thinking about fundraising. So please get your thinking caps on!

We are hoping to start our fundraising by having a festival weekend

28-30 November is St Andrews’ patronal festival

Fundraising ideas needed, so far we have thought about …

?Friday 28 November Quiz Night (tbc) with Fish ‘n’ Chip supper.

Saturday 29 November Festival Fayre.

Sunday 30 November 10.30am Eucharist followed by Parish Lunch; 5pm Advent Carol Service.

Let’s begin to wake up the local community and share what needs to be done at St Andrews in order for it to be fit for worship, mission and outreach in todays world! All ideas welcome!

HOUSEKEEPER WANTED!

St Andrews needs someone to wash the linen and tea towels etc, take care of the coffee corner, check if we need more biscuits! And look after the Vestry. If you would like to do this worthwhile job, Revd Rosie would be very pleased to hear from you. Thank you.

Look out for the CHANGES …new logo for St Andrews, new candles, a notice board, new service for Children and Families, a Eucharist with a focus on healing prayers

BE PART OF IT!
